La mayoría del personal del hotel es muy amable, las habitaciónes son bonitas y la ubicación no está nada mal.

Se realizo una reservacion en uno de los restaurantes para ir a cenar, éramos varios familiares y 3 de nosotros llegamos un par de minutos después de que los demás habían entrado, no se nos dejó pasar al restaurante aunque ya teníamos la reservacion y se le indicó a la chica de la entrada que ya había reserva y que los demás del grupo ya habían pasado sin embargo se nos negó el acceso. El tiempo de espera en la mayoría de los restaurantes era mayor a 30 minutos y la verdad no es muy rico. Y La habitación que se nos asignó se quedó sin energía un par de veces. Honestamente esperábamos mucho del hotel pero fue lo contrario.

In short - we will never return to this resort. Definitely not a 5 star all inclusive resort as advertised.

Was easy to reach destination. Nice view from the room we had.

We had to ask for the rooms to be cleaned. We had torn bath robes The toiletries and coffee/creamer/sugar were not replenished every day. There was not enough room around the pool due to wedding functions every day. The water in the pool was too cold. The sea was too rough to swim in the staff brushed us off when concerns raised. This is not the dreams of resort that we used to know. There used to be an abundance of sunscreen in the room for us to use.

It was comfortable but expected more for an all inclusive as we've stayed at many.

It just needs updating it's a very old resort. Also, the all-adult restaurant named Capers should be with kids older than 13 as we understand toddlers shouldn't, but there are not a lot of options for eating for the price you pay and limitations.

The aggressive sales pitch to join a membership with Hyatt they make you do. When we said no, we had 3 different staff from the marketing team still push for joining, then offered to stay at another hotel as first-timers but didn't include our kids, so that would be a NO. Don't try to sell a membership that is a timeshare. Same thing, different title.

Location, restaurants, amenities.

We were first given a room where we couldn't sleep the first night due to the noise of some air conditioner outside the hotel, we had to ask to be moved to another room. The bed were too soft.

Its was good for the money paid.

The specialty restaurants were good. Gym was good. Beds were comfortable..

The beach was not really swimmable. The entertainment was a bit weak. Restocking of room each morning was inconsistent. One elevator was not working so there were long waits. Would not have kids in the pool with swim-up bar. Plenty of other pools for kids.

THIS IS A WONDERFUL PROPERTY FOR FAMILIES! THE EXPLORERS CLUB IS WELL RUN AND GREAT FOR CHILDREN.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH GREAT VIEWS. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND THE PROPERTY IS GREAT!

THE VERY LOUD MUSIC UNTIL 10 OR 10:30 AT NIGHT IS DISTURBING. I REALIZE THEY HAVE WEDDINGS THERE BUT THERE ARE MANY GUEST WITH FAMILIES THAT NEED SLEEP.

Great for our 3 & 5 year old grand kids and parents. Had fun but the building/rooms need some work

Great staff and service. Above average food in the buffet and 1 restaurant. Pools were great. Location is great, within walking distance of a large grocery store for snacks.

Room (in fact entire floor) smelled of oil base paint. They were renovating 2-3 rooms in our area. The room (a swim out suite) had no couch (strangely showed up with no cushions on day 6 of 7). Only had a wicker table that we dragged in from the pool area. Castaways restaurant was not good, kids (3 & 5) food arrived quickly (yay) but adult food arrived about 40 minutes after that. Kids were bouncing around by that time. And then the adult food was not very good (dried out Risotto). Restaurant were closed without any signage. Castaways, closed Thursdays and Capers on Mondays. Used the buffet a lot.

Overall, my stay was good

The customer service was excellent

The rooms sould have been cleaner and the lock on my door was broken. I also had a broken electrical outlet in the bathroom in the room. Had a smell of sweat especially on the throw pillows

Great fun

The location was great and super close to town for exploring. Ubers were super cheap and easy to use getting around. The service from all departments was amazing.

The food honestly really isn't the best. It's a struggle with any food allergies for sure finding something good to eat.
